Media conferencing makes it easier to manage your media schedule
Full Conference Monitoring (or FCM) is a service specifically tailored for media calls and live-to-air interviews, especially where there are multiple interviews scheduled between a line-up of journalists and the talent.
Our operators ensure that interviews go ahead on time, and that talent and journalists are connected and introduced seamlessly and professionally. Scheduling disasters are avoided and the talent’s privacy is better protected.
Perfect for: Professional introductions, schedule management, and privacy and discretion.

Frequently Asked Questions
Where can I find dial in numbers?
Please contact your Relationship Manager or email ozsupport@choruscall.com for a list of toll-free and local dial in numbers.
What's the difference between assisted and unassisted conferencing?
When you host a conference call using our Unassisted service, your participants join themselves into the call. When you use an operator-assisted service, we dial out to your list of participants and join them into the meeting. This often results in better attendance rates and ensures your conference starts on time and with minimal interruptions.
Why should I use hard wired telephone lines?
Hardwired, PSTN phone lines (commonly called “landlines”) are significantly more reliable and secure than digital VoIP services. This is because digital calls rely on the quality and strength of your internet connection, as well as your connection to power, and often cannot support large numbers of participants without significant loss of audio quality.
PSTN is still the dominant service used by businesses, especially in industries such as government, defence and emergency services where security and reliability are of high importance.
Using hardwired telephone lines ensures clear audio quality, nearly 100% up-time (even in power outages), private and secure connections, and the ability to scale up to hundreds, even thousands of users without compromising on call quality.
What is an audio bridge and why does it matter where it's located?
An audio conferencing bridge makes it possible for people to host conference calls over multiple hardwired telephone lines and enter virtual meeting rooms using their PIN codes. It is essentially the command center of all conferencing operations. When you host a conference call, you are billed according to the number of participants (ports used) as well as the number of billable minutes. This kind of information is all recorded by the bridge.
Why is a local bridge important?
Think of the bridge as a type of server that holds important information about your usage. The way that this information is stored, recorded and used is governed by the policies of the country hosting the bridge. If your conferencing provider uses offshore infrastructure, you could unknowingly bypass important privacy protections.
All of our infrastructure, including our conference bridge and data centres, are located onshore in Australia. This not only keeps your data safe, but also allows us to provide consistently high quality audio and cheaper rates for mobile users, as we do not have to bridge your calls overseas.
